Removal Boxes Online – Delivery Information & Terms

We use trusted national couriers to deliver all of our orders across the UK. Please review the following delivery information carefully:

1. Mainland UK Delivery

   • FREE next working day delivery is available for Mainland UK orders over £60.

   • A delivery charge of £6.50 applies to orders under £60.

2. Non-Mainland UK Delivery

   • Deliveries to UK destinations outside of the mainland usually take 2–3 working days.

3. Dispatch Cut-Off Time

   • Orders placed by 3:00pm Monday–Friday will be dispatched the same day.

4. Weekend & Bank Holidays

   • No dispatches are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.

   • Orders placed before 3:00pm on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (unless special arrangements are made with our sales team, which may incur an additional cost).

5. Bank Holiday Deliveries

   • To keep delivery charges low, our couriers do not deliver on Bank Holidays.

6. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

   • If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible for courier return costs.

   • Return charges vary depending on order size and weight, starting at £17 and potentially exceeding £200 for very large orders. Please keep this in mind before placing an order.

7. Parcel Handling & Wear

   • While we work with reliable couriers, general wear and tear during transit may occur. We are not liable to replace or refund items unless deemed unfit for purpose by quality control (i.e., unable to carry or hold items as intended).

   • Wardrobe boxes: Due to courier size restrictions, these boxes may occasionally arrive with minor edge tears from the packing process. However, they remain fully functional. We recommend reinforcing with tape before use, as this does not render them unfit for purpose.

8. Failed Deliveries & Non-Collection

   • If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a “Please get in touch with us” card with contact details to rearrange delivery.

   • Failure to respond will result in the parcel being returned to us. A £17 re-delivery charge will apply if you would like the order re-sent.

   • Refunds are not issued in these circumstances.

9. Product Images & Descriptions

   • Some stock imagery is used on our website for display purposes.

   • The full and accurate inventory for each kit is listed in the product description. Please review the description before ordering, as we cannot send items not included in the listed inventory.
